Are you making it difficult for a potential client to buy from you?
Last week via the IGTV channel (search: kingandassociatestnt), I shared what we learnt from our recent Elevate workshop. To summarize, we had many registrants but only half showed at the workshop. The lesson was in the feedback received which indicated the payment process was at fault. What’s the takeaway? Make it very easy for the potential client to buy from you. Always remember your potential client maybe time poor and wants a hassle-free quality option to their problem.
Additionally, in not complicating the sales process for your potential client you show flexibility. Has a potential client ever raised an objection and you kept to this line ‘our policy states that for every customization, the client must add X charges.’ Now I am not saying to break the rules, what I am suggesting is that you understand what you can do for a specific client request without losing the sale. You will be surprised to know that the client you showed flexibility toward will buy again or even refer your business.
