Doux.Life.Well is a Caribbean lifestyle wellness brand created from a simple belief: wellbeing should not be something we postpone until we are exhausted. It should be woven into the way we live, lead, and love.
But Doux.Life.Well is about more than creating a beautiful wellness experience.
It is also about building something from the Caribbean, for a Caribbean and global audience — and learning from the journey along the way.
Why did we create Doux.Life.Well?
Many of us spend our lives creating experiences for other people.
We serve guests. Build businesses. Lead teams. Meet deadlines. Take care of our families. Solve problems. Keep moving.
And sometimes, the people creating exceptional experiences for everyone else don’t make enough space for themselves.
Doux.Life.Well was created as an invitation to pause, restore, reconnect and rediscover joy — while exploring practical ways to make wellbeing part of everyday life.
This isn’t wellness as an escape from real life.
It’s wellness as a way of living.
We’re bringing that philosophy to Dominica.
From November 13–16, 2026, our inaugural Doux.Life.Well experience will take place at Jungle Bay Dominica.
Over three nights/four days, a small community will come together for intimate workshops, conversations, movement, mindfulness, nature, nourishment, cultural experiences and, perhaps most importantly, meaningful connection.
We want guests to leave feeling lighter, calmer, restored and reconnected — but also equipped with practical tools they can take home.
But there’s another layer to the experience.
At least 70% of our clients and audience comprise professionals and business owners, particularly those working across hospitality, tourism and service industries.
So, we’re creating an opportunity to experience the brand from both sides of the table.
